How Grounding Works
Each of the other sessions we provide will begin with a short grounding session that takes place in our safe Chatham sanctuary. We also offer dedicated grounding-only sessions for anyone who wants extra support learning and practicing these techniques. You will be guided through somatic techniques to root your energy while remaining fully clothed and comfortable. It is a space of non-judgment and profound peace where you can reconnect with your physical body and the Earth's steady rhythm. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel calmer and more present. Payments are accepted in $CAD.
